Rapped Wilson's Looks

Now Railway Mail Clerk Is Held for Federal Authorities.

OMAHA, Nov. 3 -- "Wilson's picture is too damned homely to appear on a Liberty bond," Carl A. Thompson, a Council Bluffs railway mail clerk, is alleged to have said. He was arrested and is being held for the federal authorities.

Thompson is charged with tearing up a Liberty bond poster bearing Wilson's picture. He is said to have refused to buy Liberty bonds.
