Big Crowds Out for the Harp Evangelist

La Crosse, Wisconsin, 1913--

BIG CROWDS HEAR HARP EVANGELIST

The evangelistic services being conducted at the Tabernacle Baptist church by Rev. George H. Thompson, known as the Harp Evangelist, are drawing good sized crowds each evening. Last night's meeting was impressive. While the choir sang "Nearer My God to Thee," the evangelist accompanied them on his harp. His sermon on "Playing Second Fiddle" last night was impressive. The subject of the sermon tonight will be the "Underground Road to Heaven."
