Noah Wiggs Shot Through Finger

Noah Wiggs, 20-year-old son of Z. Wiggs or Denton, accidentally shot himself through the first joint of the first finder on his left hand while examining an automatic pistol at Pilot Point, where he was working as ticket agent, about 5 o'clock Saturday afternoon. He was examining a pistol which a man had offered to sell to him, and told him it was unloaded. The ball went entirely through the finger and it was feared amputation may be necessary. He returned to the home of his parents here Saturday night.
