Miss Coote's Watch Returned

New York, 1895

Fred Simpson, Maurice Karp, and William Holly, who were arrested at Flushing charged with robbing their fellow students at the High school and stealing the watch of Miss Coote, one of the teachers, were arraigned before Judge Smith and admitted to bail for later hearing. Strong efforts are being made by influential friends of the boys' parents to have the charges dismissed. The watch stolen from Miss Coote three weeks ago was returned to her.
