Bound to Behave Now

New York, 1895

Emma Steele and George Wilkenson, colored, who were arrested for disorderly conduct on South street, were arraigned before Justice Faber on Saturday and sent to the county jail, Wilkensen for 90 days, and Emma for 30 days.
