New York, 1895
County Clerk Sutphin has appointed Counselor Thomas B. Seaman to the position of Clerk to the Supreme Court. There are sometimes two courts sitting at the same time, and this necessitated the appointment of an additional clerk. Mr. Seaman is an excellent man for the position, being industrious, capable, courteous and obliging.
