News of Hollis

New York, 1895

Mrs. Vincent Glasier welcomed a son to her home.

The Rev. T. F. Clark has been on a lecturing tour in Ohio this week.

The King's Daughters of the Methodist church gave an old folks' concert under the leadership of Mr. Hull of Brooklyn, on Tuesday evening. The church was well filled and the affair proved very enjoyable.

E. J. Johnson, who recently resigned from the Jamaica Methodist Sunday school as superintendent, has been elected superintendent of the Hollis Methodist Sunday school. W. Oakley, the former superintendent, holds the position of assistant.
